Job Summary

The Administrative Liaison will provide professional support to senior staff members, encompassing travel arrangements, calendar management, and correspondence drafting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries

  • Provide guidance on administrative requirements

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent combination
  • Experience generating reports and analyzing data
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new software and collaboration tools
  • Business writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Experience working across teams and communicating with diverse groups

  • Multilingual skills and cross-cultural experiences
  • Capacity to analyze information and solve complex problems
  • Experience working with a board of directors and staff
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
