Job Overview

The Instrumentation Supervisor plays a vital role in the maintenance team, overseeing the coordination of corrective and preventive maintenance activities for electronics, instrumentation & process control components.

This position requires strong leadership skills to mobilize and coordinate with involved departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Additionally, it involves implementing capital expenditure projects, repairs & maintenance while ensuring alignment on timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mobilize and coordinate with departments to ensure timely maintenance task completion.
  • Implement capital expenditure projects, repairs & maintenance while maintaining timeline adherence.
Requirements:
  • Strong people management skills are essential.
  • Certification in labor laws and human resources functions is preferred.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry, at least 1 year in supervisory capacity.
  • Experience in maintenance operations, preferably in food & beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Prominent leadership, communication, and basic management skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP is expected.
