We're seeking an analytical professional to join our Financial Services team. As a Data Insights Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth by extracting valuable insights from complex data sets.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze large-scale financial datasets using SQL and Python, identifying trends and patterns that inform strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth and improve customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing data visualizations to communicate complex results effectively
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing metrics to measure success
- Building and maintaining dashboards using Looker to track experiment outcomes and financial performance metrics
Requirements:
- Strong skills in SQL and Python for data analysis and visualization
- Experience analyzing experiments with understanding of statistical significance and causal inference basics
- Ability to translate complex results into clear, actionable insights for the team
Preferred qualifications include:
- Background in finance, economics, or behavioral science
- Familiarity with credit experiments and lending KPIs
