Job Title: Agile Transformation Expert
">Are you looking to make a significant impact in the field of agile transformation? We are seeking an experienced and skilled Agile Coach to join our team. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in helping us mature our organization in agility and transformation.
As part of our strategy and transformation organization, you will be part of an empowered team of coaches who lead our organization's journey towards agility and transformation. You will work closely with other coaches in all regions to develop solutions and coaching frameworks that advance our agile maturity around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively developing solutions and coaching frameworks to advance our agile maturity
- Coaching and developing leaders leveraging existing approaches and tools
- Propagating ideas and techniques identified from teams and customers
- Championing change and encouraging others to embrace new ideas and practices
- Experience working on a team towards common goals
- Ability to pair and mob on solutions

### Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or IT discipline or equivalent
- Strong command of English language
- High-level understanding of Agile development process, methodology, and scaling
- 2+ years of experience with software development, testing, and/or deployment
- Experience in a change management role
- Previous coaching and/or teaching experience
- Growth mindset - willingness to deal and thrive in uncertainty
- Additional advanced Agile certifications
- Has performed other agile roles such as Engineering Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps technical practices and associated toolchain

- Past experience as a Scrum Master
- Experiences with multiple agile frameworks and specifically Scrum and/or Kanban
