Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SaaS Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role combines product ownership responsibilities with agile leadership and cross-functional team management.

The successful candidate will help craft the enhancement and sustainment roadmap for our flagship SaaS offerings, identify areas of product simplification, and serve as the subject matter expert to development and support teams.

  • Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize product enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct customer research to identify opportunities for product simplification and improvement.
  • Own the sustainment (technical debt, maintenance, and performance improvements) roadmap for our SaaS portfolio across multiple product lines.
  • Lead quarterly and annual roadmap planning sessions with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create clear documentation of scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria for all features on the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate bugs and technical issues that are reported by customers and internal teams.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding feature delivery timelines and scope.
  • Serve as the product expert on scrum teams and own the approval process for all product changes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in product ownership in SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and industry best practices.
  • Experience working with backlog management tools.
  • Superior communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
