We are seeking an experienced professional to find top engineering talent in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:- Identify and engage skilled engineers in Sweden
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Plan and execute recruitment tasks with the global team
- At least 5 years of experience from recruitment in the IT sector
- A strong network of local engineering talent within IT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Upper intermediate English language skills
- Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
- Self-confident and social personality

This is a long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, minimum 12 months, with eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of finding and recruiting top talent in the IT industry. They will be responsible for building trust with suitable candidates, planning and executing recruitment tasks together with their colleagues, and ensuring a high quality and brand awareness.
