A key role exists for an experienced coordinator who will provide day-to-day support to our client-facing teams and project management functions.

Our ideal candidate has a strong track record of delivering high-quality results, demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

The successful applicant will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our client-facing teams, including managing calendars, arranging meetings, and preparing materials
  • Assist with project coordination, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and maintaining accurate records
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including account managers, creative teams, and external vendors
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex problems, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and minimize delays

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with excellent spreadsheet skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
