Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute individual account management strategies to achieve and surpass customer growth and retention targets.
  • Acquire new customers in line with expectations for vertical sales.
  • Cultivate customer relationships while identifying growth opportunities through proactive engagement and support of marketing campaigns.
  • Create, manage, and communicate agreed-upon business development plans for allocated accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize the company's CRM system to manage sales pipelines for existing customers and new business development, including lead generation, forecasting, and prospect development.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales for new and existing business, particularly in Data, Software, or SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability in both new business development and effective account management.
  • Clear understanding of the difference between value-add solutions and commodity sales, emphasizing the importance of a strong value proposition.
  • Dedication to providing top-level customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in handling intricate concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar platforms like Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
You Will Be Accountable For:
  • Achieving assigned targets by increasing sales, retaining existing business, and enhancing its value.
  • Securing new logos (customers).
  • Fostering existing customer relationships to establish trusted partnerships.
  • Developing expertise in relevant JATO products for our vertical customer base, differentiating them from competitors.
  • Gathering customer feedback to shape future business direction.
  • Managing customer engagement across various stages of their journey.
  • Ensuring 100% CRM compliance, including accurate pipeline data and comprehensive customer information.
