Job Description 

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team as a Financial System Consultant. This role will focus on implementing and improving business processes using PeopleSoft technology.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with financial systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical analysis and propose solutions to improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement improvements and new features in PeopleSoft.
  • Develop and execute unit and integration tests to validate feature functionality.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft usage.
  • Conduct technical training and workshops to ensure proper system usage.
  • Identify and suggest continuous improvements to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
  • Document technical processes, solutions, and system configurations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant in financial modules.
  • Knowledge of business processes and how they integrate with PeopleSoft.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to interact with users and technical teams effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
  • Knowledge of change management and user training.
