Job Description

As a senior pricing manager, you will lead a team of analysts to develop accurate and competitive price proposals for the sales team using market intelligence and stakeholder input. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage team performance and ensure expertise in pricing analysis and execution.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to support sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and marketing teams to analyze market trends and customer behaviors.
  • Create and manage pricing models, reports, and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Lead project teams to implement pricing initiatives and drive process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in finance, commercial, or pricing roles.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with pricing models and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
