Job Title

We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You'll be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.

The position requires daily communication in English, and you will have the opportunity to work with international clients and teams.

  • Must-haves:
    • English proficiency (spoken and written), Living in Florianópolis – SC, Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work, Strong communication skills
  • Nice-to-haves:
    • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks, Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, Experience in fast-paced environments or startups, International experience, Undergraduated degree
  • Soft Skills:
    • Proactivity, Problem-solving mindset, Clear and effective communication
