Operations Management Opportunity

This is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on strategic operations management to drive efficiency and excellence in our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and supervise a team of area managers and hourly associates to achieve operational goals.
  2. Responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of the shift.
  3. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  4. Accountable for meeting and exceeding operational goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economy, Data Processing, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Employee and performance management experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Fluent Portuguese and advanced English language skills.
  • Operations or logistics experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or post-graduate degree.
  • Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and process improvement expertise.
  • SQL and advanced Excel skills.
