Job Description

Workana is a leading remote work platform that connects exceptional professionals with innovative companies worldwide. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be part of our dynamic team and contribute to the development of a large-scale data engineering pipeline.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in full-stack engineering with a strong balance of front-end and back-end development skills. Experience with AWS technologies, particularly in data handling and cloud deployment, is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy a large-scale data engineering pipeline for efficient data ingestion and management.
  • Implement AWS cloud services to support data operations and storage solutions.
  • Engage in mass data migration and upload processes, focusing on prioritization and enablement of critical data.
  • Generate structured outputs for business analysis and documentation retrieval.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of tabular data and adverse events clinical data.
  • Integrate and enhance portfolio management tools and user interaction pathways.
  • Optimize result diversity and quality for business user applications.
  • Scale infrastructure to support a growing user base and enhance performance.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 7+ years of experience in full-stack engineering with a strong balance of front-end and back-end development skills.
  • Experience with AWS technologies, particularly in data handling and cloud deployment.
  • Exposure to data science methodologies and tools, preferably knowledge in knowledge graphs and the Microsoft GraphRag paradigm.
  • Basic understanding of data visualization, DevOps, and traditional data engineering.
