Job Purpose

As a seasoned contract professional, you will be responsible for interpreting project scope and objectives.

  • To assure that roles, responsibilities, and scope are known within the project team through effective communication and collaboration.
  • To plan and oversee projects tasks of the contract, from procurement order processing through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and desired outcomes.
  • Monitoring project status and providing regular reports to project teams and key stakeholders through proactive communication.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks impacting projects (time, scope, quality) through strategic decision-making.
  • Managing customer relationships and controlling communication with other company areas, including change orders, project changes, customer complaints, and product services.

Job Context

Work independently under guidance, participating in project management activities and coordinating between sales, logistics, operations, and customers.

Make informed decisions regarding project priorities and resource allocation.

  • Project Communications Management: Works at an experienced professional level to ensure timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, archiving, reports, and disposition of project information.
  • Verbal Communication: Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills to express ideas, request actions, and formulate plans or policies.
