About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Field Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of field activities to ensure that projects are completed within established parameters and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality fielding materials and instructions
  • Establish and facilitate regular project meetings to collect and analyze business requirements
  • Provide fieldwork briefing and training to vendors to clarify project specifications and requirements
  • Work closely with field teams/vendors and online panel suppliers to ascertain their capacity and capability level and allocate resources to meet project requirements
  • Monitor productivity and progress by driving fieldwork teams or external vendors to meet project timelines according to planned schedules
  • Deliver timely project summary reports and performance dashboards
  • Calculate and process payments with vendors or online suppliers
Requirements:
  • 1-year project management or project delivery experience in market research (preferable)
  • Graduation in Business Administration or correlated courses
  • English or Spanish (basic) language skills, including understanding and communication
  • Ability to plan own work to ensure completion within an agreed time frame
