We're looking for a skilled Content Moderator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing content and classifying it according to our policies and standard operating procedures with accuracy and efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on scalable and reliable solutions that allow advertisers and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner. You will be working closely with other business-related functions to complete designated tasks and identifying opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale.

About the Role
  • Review content and classify according to our policies and standard operating procedures with accuracy and efficiency;
  • Cooperate with other businesses related functions to complete the designated work;
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale;
  • Identify and communicate emerging risks to management and cross-functional partners;
  • Conduct general data entry tasks;
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • BA/BS or equivalent work experience;
    • Advanced English language skills;
    • Fluent in Portuguese;
    • Basic/intermediate Spanish language skills;
    • Analytical and research skills;
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with an eye for detail;
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines;
    • Ability to work in differing rotations including nights, public holidays, and weekends;
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SQL;
    • Ability to evaluate content of advertisements by referring to standard operating procedures;
