We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist with a strong background in IT support and systems administration, focusing on the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with Windows Server Administration, VMware, and Networking.
- Evaluate compliance with FDA regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11) and GxP guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and regulatory requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
