Technical Product Manager

The role of a Technical Product Manager is pivotal in shaping the future of logistics technology. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to define and drive technical strategies that align with business goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in architecting scalable systems, designing complex data flows, and partnering with engineers to deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to translate a technically sound product strategy into robust PRDs and development-ready Problem–Solution Packages. This involves collaborating with Engineering leads on system design, data architecture, and technology selection to ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable. Additionally, you will define API requirements, model complex workflows, and write specs that are technically precise.
  • You will also lead customer research, data analysis, and rapid prototyping to confirm problem–solution fit. Furthermore, you will score ideas with a WSJF-RICE hybrid framework and maintain a living roadmap in Productboard. You will write PRDs with Gherkin-style acceptance criteria, story mapping, and instrumentation requirements, ensuring Definition of Ready/Done is met.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. You should have 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 7+ total years in a B2B technology environment. Experience as a software engineer before becoming a PM is highly valued. A proven track record of shipping products in B2B SaaS and mobile applications is essential. Strong system design and architecture skills, including microservices, event-driven architecture, and database design, are required.

  • A deep understanding of RESTful API design, AI/ML concepts (model lifecycle, training, inference), and experience designing complex system integrations is necessary. You should also have experience with the unique challenges of building and shipping mobile applications.
  • Ownership and accountability are crucial. You must be able to define clear success metrics, instrument usage data, and champion data-driven reviews to ensure every release moves the needle on OKRs. Strong communication and storytelling skills are also vital, enabling you to distill complex technical and business insights into crisp narratives that align cross-functional teams.
