Technical Leadership OpportunityOur organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to fill a key role in our technical team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for leading the full development lifecycle of software projects from conception to delivery. Your expertise in guiding cross-functional teams and driving architectural decisions will be instrumental in ensuring successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects with full R&D responsibility.
  • Define and drive project architecture and direction.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
  • Collaborate with operations and product management teams.
  • Promote best practices in software development.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Python is required.
  • Experience with Node.js, Java, or C# is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with development environments such as PyCharm and VS Code; experience with Visual Studio is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services, particularly IoT Core and Bedrock; experience with SageMaker is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure services.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is advantageous.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in software development and successful project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
  • Fluency in English is required for customer interactions.
