
Cloud Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Cloud Technical Account Manager (CTAM) to act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers across cloud resale, managed services, and professional services engagements—driving exceptional customer experiences and long-term success.
About the Role- Serve as a customer advocate and trusted advisor for assigned customers
- Develop deep relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role or related field, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as an understanding of cloud platforms and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing consultative guidance on cloud optimization, modernization, and adoption
- Monitor and optimize cloud environments to ensure healthy and efficient usage
- Manage communication with customers throughout services engagements to ensure high satisfaction and achievement of defined objectives
