Lead Automation Analyst

Drive process automation in lead processing and value measuring.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data insights to optimize operational efficiency and develop strategic initiatives.
  • Business Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance seller success.
  • Automation Opportunities: Explore and implement automation solutions for sales, programs, and marketing teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with account management teams to understand business needs and support the implementation of new initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze seller performance metrics to identify trends and patterns that impact seller success.
Requirements:
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Availability to work 5 days at an office in São Paulo.
  • Knowledge in data visualization tools and SQL.
  • Proficiency in AI tools implementation.
