Director of Product Excellence

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, sustainable product development processes and tooling that propel teams towards clarity, alignment, and velocity.

  • Codify workflows and drive widespread adoption of best practices across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
  • Elevate critical cadences such as roadmap planning, OKR alignment, and product lifecycle milestones.
  • Identify scalable opportunities to leverage AI to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead operational excellence and scale across PDE teams.
  2. Establish a seamless connective tissue across PDE and other functions to optimize go-to-market execution.
  3. Drive continuous improvement through feedback, experimentation, and adoption at scale.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in Product Operations or Product Management at a software company.
  • Self-directed with bias for action and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic mindset: can navigate ambiguity, create structure, and drive execution.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable operational systems and processes.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities using SQL, BI tools, and product analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency with modern workplace tools like Notion and AI-powered productivity solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
