Job Summary:

This role is responsible for launching hiring campaigns across multiple platforms, building pipelines of potential candidates, and managing multiple open positions simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in English, exceptional reading and writing skills, and experience working with sourcers and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch Campaigns: Develop and execute effective hiring strategies across LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Bullhorn.
  • Build Pipelines: Engage in cold calling to consistently build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Polish Resumes: Format candidate resumes to align with company standards.
  • Screen Candidates: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate qualifications for open positions.
  • Juggle Multiple Roles: Manage 3-7 concurrent open positions across various markets.
  • Closely Work with Recruiters: Collaborate throughout the interview process.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English: Advanced proficiency required.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree required.
  • Exceptional English reading and writing skills.
