Job Description

The Senior Customer Service Expert will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner. This includes handling inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems as needed.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles and be able to adapt quickly to new situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree completed or studying from an accredited university or college
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on Campinas office twice a week
  • Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
