The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring shipments from pickup to delivery using transportation management systems and direct communication with drivers.
  • Identifying potential delays or service issues and communicating updates to internal teams and customers in real-time.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date tracking notes in the system for each load.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for status updates and exception handling.
  • Coordinating with carriers to ensure on-time pickups, deliveries, and updates on transit progress.
  • Escalating service failures and delays to appropriate internal management and assisting in resolution.
  • Supporting after-hours or weekend coverage on a rotational basis, if applicable.
  • Collaborating with dispatchers, account managers, and customer service teams to ensure visibility and reliability across all shipments.

Requirements include:

  • 1+ years of experience in the customer support field.
  • English language proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
  • Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PC proficiency (Microsoft Office preferred).
  • Experience in customer support will be appreciated.
