We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our dynamic team as a Client Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, driving process improvements, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage purchase orders, track expiring or missing POs, and coordinate with clients and teams to secure these.
- Handle client-facing communications, manage escalations, and resolve issues related to requests submitted to the Strategic Client Support & Billing teams.
- Respond to incoming client calls, create or help raise support tickets, and ensure prompt resolution by partnering with relevant departments.
- Participate in calls to resolve complex queries (e.g., account set-up/maintenance), and act as an important resource for teams such as Sales and Accounts Receivable.
- Address and triage ad hoc client requests, including data and technical queries.
- Identify and address process gaps, risks, and controls; drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives driven by key insight into client needs and internal team collaboration.

Requirements:- A track record of delivering high-quality customer service or managing billing-related processes.
- Demonstrated experience working with billing platforms or financial reporting systems.
- Experience working in a financial operations environment, collaborating with senior management across different locations.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence others.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities.
