Technical Project Manager

A results-driven professional is required to manage a section of construction projects, ensuring designs are executed as per specifications and changes are resolved and documented.
This role involves reviewing tender documents, 2D drawings, BIM models, and asset data, identifying and resolving conflicting design elements, overseeing civil/infrastructure design deliverables, and supporting design managers in developing project documentation.
Key responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary data, mitigating potential constraints, preparing and managing RFIs/CVIs, assisting in subcontractor coordination, and tracking drawing delivery schedules.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Technical Engineer or similar role within the construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks/Revizto, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong understanding of design review processes and technical coordination
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
