Talent Sourcer Role- Provide front-end recruiting support, including sourcing, mapping, phone screening and candidate presentation
- Source candidates across all teams to support business expansion
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Present data-driven insights to inform stakeholders on hiring improvements
