We are seeking a highly skilled IT sourcing specialist to lead end-to-end technology procurement engagements of varying spend, risk, and complexity across categories including software licensing/maintenance, SaaS, hosted platforms, telecom/networks, data centers, hardware, and related managed services.
The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with business partners across Brazil and the broader Americas region, communicate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams through supplier selection and negotiation.
- Draft and negotiate contracts (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, Amendments) based on client templates.
- Assess and capture savings opportunities, develop negotiation strategies, and deliver optimal commercial outcomes.
- Maintain current knowledge of key suppliers, market trends, and competitive offerings in the Brazilian and global IT landscape.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential; Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required; supply chain or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT sourcing with hands-on negotiation in one or more categories: software, SaaS, telecom, hardware, data center, managed services.
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting experience with limited legal support.
