Job Title: Digital Transformation Expert

Driving Business Growth through Innovation

Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation Leadership: Engage with C-Suite executives and Business Decision Makers from top customers to introduce digital transformation opportunities aligned with their industry. Turn conversations into deals by initiating partnerships with experts, partners, and resources.
  • Scaling and Collaboration: Collaborate with One Commercial Partner (OCP) and partners to cross-sell and up-sell. Identify new partners, develop joint proposals, and contribute to developing partner strategies to address gaps in capabilities.
  • Technical Excellence: Lead conversations, set up events, and mentor others to develop best practices. Contribute ideas that can be instituted across the organization and collaborate with global black belts to analyze competitor products and services.
  • Revenue Growth: Collaborate with partners and resources to leverage customer insights and industry knowledge. Contribute to exploring business and emerging opportunities to optimize the portfolio and support customer innovation.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with C-Suite executives and Business Decision Makers.
  • Ability to articulate business value and propose prioritized solutions that align with customers' needs.
  • Experience in sales execution, scaling, and collaboration to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong technical expertise to lead conversations, set up events, and mentor others.
