In this critical leadership position, you will ensure the line team performs at a level that sustains and improves business results on one or more of six stars model. You will prioritize tasks, manage the plan-do-check-adjust cycle, and provide coaching and training for your team.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.
- Use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development.
- Ensure safety processes are observed, quality assurance activities are performed, and resources are properly allocated during shifts.
- Take the lead in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.
- Experience with Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems.
- Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including execution of AM & PM standards on dedicated equipment.
- Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma knowledge, including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3.
- Leading line teams and handling challenging interpersonal situations tactfully.
- Communicating effectively verbally and in writing, with good attention to detail.
