Machinist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to operate and maintain equipment in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain equipment according to technical specifications
  • Monitor and improve line performance to meet business objectives
  • Execute standard work processes using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles
  • Ensure safety protocols are observed and quality assurance activities are performed
  • Participate in maintenance activities, including shutdowns and root-cause analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in machine operations and TPM methodologies
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards for operating machinery
  • Excellent reading and writing skills
  • Ability to collaborate well in a diverse work environment
