Senior Operations Manager

This is a leadership role in the manufacturing department where you will oversee production operations and implement key performance targets.

  • Manage change and transformation amongst operating teams to implement initiatives for improved productivity and efficiency.
  • Support operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals.
  • Establish a strong governance framework to review and control operational performance and continuous improvement.
  • Lead talent development and capability building for the manufacturing team.

Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience, excellent communication skills, knowledge of TPM, 5s, LEAN, and 6 sigma tools and concepts are required. An engineer with financial and business acumen and project management skills is also preferred.
