Financial Operations Lead, Manufacturing Site

We are seeking a critical finance partner to plant management, responsible for managing the overall financial performance of a manufacturing site.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and manage finance planning and performance management processes, including strategic plans and annual contract planning/forecasting.
- Ensure a robust controls and compliance environment in the manufacturing plant.
- Partner with plant management to provide financial insights for business strategies and decisions.
- Drive harmonization, efficiencies, and improvements to ways of working within the Finance team.
