Job Opportunity

As a Business AI Head, you will play a crucial role in driving our partner ecosystem transformation to a cloud mindset and innovative trusted advisor to our customers, supporting them on their digital journey.

We are seeking an individual with exceptional leadership skills to drive partner strategies and go-to-market initiatives for SAP Business AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology companies and experience in managing complex projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Partner Management: Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing partners across various partner motions.
  • Demand Generation & Marketing: Executing demand generation strategies, preparing AI Discovery Workshops, and promoting SAP Business AI portfolio through joint marketing activities.
  • Evangelism & Enablement: Act as a key SAP Business AI evangelist, developing and running regional community calls, and driving global enablement strategy in the region.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitoring customer adoption, ensuring AI dimension is included in regional reporting, and sharing insights with stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with AI stakeholders at key regional partners, and supporting partners in customer implementation and adoption of SAP Business AI.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in technology companies.
  • Knowledge of Partner Ecosystem dynamics.
  • A degree in Business Administration with technology emphasis, Data Science, Computer Science or Engineering; MBA desirable.
  • Creativity while being well-structured.
  • Teamwork capacity to work with multiple areas.
  • Ability to build and deliver results effectively.
  • Participation in multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Assertive and objective communication.
  • Influence key stakeholders.
  • Languages: Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish and advanced level for English.
  • AP Analytics Cloud, MS Office Excel, Power BI, other tools advanced proficiency.
