We are seeking a Retail Sales Professional to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting all aspects of retail operations and merchandising.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in both in-store and online shopping experiences
  • Engage with customers, model exceptional selling behaviors, and respond to their needs
  • Educate customers on loyalty programs, current promotions, and merchandise assortment to support building the basket
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals associated with company initiatives and programs
  • Maintain an efficient and organized sales floor and stockroom
  • Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, and accuracy of inventory levels

The ideal candidate will be energetic, people-oriented, and results-driven, with excellent communication skills. They must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, as well as read and interpret company directives, handbooks, and manuals. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential.

This role requires standing and moving around the store for prolonged periods, as well as ascending/descending ladders to retrieve and stock products. The candidate must also be able to move merchandise weighing 50 pounds or more to and from the stock room to the sales floor. Operation of a Point of Sale system, registers, and hand-held devices is also required.
