Key Responsibilities

  • Develop regional agronomic references based on specific requirements.
  • Assess the value of Lallemand solutions by building regional knowledge and expertise.
  • Conduct technical training sessions for internal staff, customers, distributors, and consultants as needed.
  • Establish yourself as a technical reference in BA Crop, leveraging Lallemand solutions in this segment at congresses, fairs, and other events.
  • Provide agronomic support to the Commercial, Marketing, Lallemand specialists, customers, and consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with traffic rules and legislation while driving vehicles on urban and rural roads and in test stations.
  • Meet performance expectations, aligning with the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values.
