**Field Solutions Specialist - BA Crops**:
**Main Functions**:
Job Mission: Be a specialist in the BA Crop team, assist in the strategy and technical advancement, as well as provide agronomic support to the Commercial, other sectors and partners.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Understand the needs of the Broadacre Crop market.
- Assist in the construction and execution of technical strategies for sales promotion of Lallemand solutions.
- Construction of regional agronomic references according to needs.
- Assist in assessing the value of Lallemand solutions by building regional knowledge.
- Conducting technical training for internal staff, customers, distributors and consultants, as needed.
- To be a technical reference in BA Crop in the use of Lallemand solutions in this segment, in congresses, fairs and other events.
- Attend to the agronomic requests of the Commercial, Marketing, Lallemand specialists, customers and consultants.
- Drive vehicles on urban and rural roads and in test stations complying with all traffic and company rules and legislation, complying with the internal travel policy.
- Carry out the activities foreseen for the position, meeting the Mission, Vision and Values of the organization and perform related activities at the request of the Immediate Superior.
- Comply with the company's rules and procedures, consulting them whenever necessary, ensuring quality in the work performed and expected by internal and external customers.
