Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Risk and Controls Director. This position involves overseeing technology risk management, identifying control gaps, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

About The Role
  • Assess and mitigate technology risks to minimize potential losses
  • Develop and implement effective controls to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Analyze and report on trends and metrics related to technology risk and control
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to derive actionable remediation tasks
Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the development and maintenance of the technology risk and control environment
  2. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement
  3. Implement corrective actions to address identified control gaps
  4. Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective oversight and control
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in technology risk management, information security, or a related field
  • Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management practices in a technical environment
  • Technical and operational knowledge of financial services regulations
  • Ability to operate on multiple tasks while achieving high delivery standards
