This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Regional Technology Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of regional technology platforms aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
About the Role:
As Regional Technology Leader, you will contribute to the growth of Autocompara by capturing the benefits of integrating different countries into a regional platform. Your mission will be to design, develop, and execute a regional technology platform that ensures proper implementation and operation process, as well as creating a robust security framework to limit risk exposure. You will oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of the technological platform from conceptualization and analysis of business requirements to development, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and standards. Additionally, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of systems and technology platforms specifically tailored for the business model of Autocompara sector. This includes policy management systems, claims systems, risk analysis tools, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the implementation of insurance technology platforms
- Oversee the operational integration with local Santander banks and their branch network
- Implement robust processes and procedures to ensure reliability, security, and scalability of Autocompara
- Work closely with sales, growth, and finance teams to ensure alignment of technology and operations initiatives with the business needs
- Define the IT infrastructure architecture and processes, ensuring alignment with the Global Santander Group strategy
- Identify, mitigate and monitor potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with the platform in line with Santander Group's IT & Cyber policies
Requirements:
The position requires proven experience in implementing similar projects, including project management and operational processes definition. You should have established strong partnerships with different stakeholders and navigated large organizations, establishing relationships and positively influencing multiple stakeholders. You should also be able to coordinate and cooperate with different areas, executing, implementing, and realizing impact above concept and theory. Driving results-oriented action is crucial for success in this role.
