Ski Boot Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Ski Boot Specialist to join our team at Gravity Sports Mt. Bachelor.

• Conduct professional boot fittings, utilizing knowledge of foot anatomy and ski/snowboard boot technology to ensure a perfect fit for each guest.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly, listening to their needs, and offering personalized advice on ski and snowboard equipment.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in ski/snowboard boots, footbeds, and customization techniques to make informed product recommendations.
• Perform boot modifications, including heat molding, shell adjustments, and insoles to optimize comfort and performance.
• Assist with the sale of ski and snowboard equipment and accessories, providing insight on other related products such as socks, footbeds, and protective gear.
• Engage with guests to understand their skiing or snowboarding style, skill level, and preferences to guide them toward the best boot options.

• Bootfitting Certification.
• Comfortable with computers and able to learn Point of Sale software.
• Prior sales experience, Ski Industry and or Mountain Bike industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift.
