Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Specialist to take on the responsibility of reviewing uploaded images and documents submitted by onsite staff and vendors. The primary objective is to verify the accuracy and completeness of information, identify and escalate issues when necessary, resolve discrepancies, and import data into our systems.

  • Review and verify uploaded pictures and documents for accuracy and compliance">
  • Cross-check information against project requirements and internal standards">
  • Identify and escalate issues that require further investigation or resolution">
  • Resolve documentation conflicts and discrepancies">
  • Import and manage accurate data within internal systems">
  • Collaborate with team members via communication platforms">
  • Maintain detailed records of reviews, decisions, and resolutions">
  • Support the continuous improvement of quality control processes">
">Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and image viewing tools">
  • Basic understanding of mechanical or technician-related work">
  • Familiarity with telematics systems, vehicle cameras, and 12V wiring is a strong plus">
  • Experience using communication platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams">
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy">
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities">

  • Prior experience in a quality control or administrative support role">
