Job Title: Retail Store Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused retail store associate to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and memorable.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, minimizing errors and resolving any issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain the store's appearance, including visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Support inventory management by counting stock, reporting discrepancies, and contributing to stockroom organization.

• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

While not required, we prefer candidates with experience working in retail or customer-facing roles, basic computer skills, and fluency in languages other than English.
