Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions that drive groundbreaking research and strategic decision-making. This role involves working with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and Graph-RAG architectures to create intelligent tools that extract insights from complex data.

This position is ideal for someone who excels at the intersection of machine learning, knowledge representation, and real-world impact. You will be responsible for designing and developing applications that utilize LLMs for tasks such as document analysis, summarization, and knowledge extraction.

The successful candidate will have experience with LLMs, including prompt design, fine-tuning, and evaluation. They will also possess a strong understanding of retrieval-based systems and experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace Transformers, and PyTorch.

Additionally, you will have experience with cloud-based or on-prem AI deployments and ability to lead projects independently and collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Design and develop LLM-powered applications for tasks such as document analysis, summarization, and knowledge extraction.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines with custom retrieval logic, vector databases, and hybrid search strategies.
  • Implement and integrate knowledge graphs into AI systems for enhanced explainability and structured reasoning.
  • Own the full pipeline from data ingestion and preprocessing to model deployment.
  • Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to define requirements, evaluate outputs, and iterate rapidly.
