Lead Generation Strategist

As a key member of our commercial real estate team, we are seeking a highly skilled Calling and Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth through strategic outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tailored deal-specific strategies to gauge interest in active opportunities and nurture leads for further discussions.
- Coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and senior team members to ensure seamless handoffs for follow-up conversations.
- Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to gather high-level criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus areas.
- Monitor and update lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, validate, and maintain current lending programs and parameters.
- Review and update existing capital provider investment parameters within our CRM system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
- Prepare and share regular progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations.
