About the Role

This dynamic sales position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your communication skills and passion for business development. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth through proactive outreach and strategic engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to craft compelling messages, articulate value propositions clearly, and deliver engaging presentations. A proven track record of success in sales or business development is essential, with experience in SaaS or technology sales being a significant advantage.

This fully remote position allows you to work collaboratively with a U.S.-based team while serving English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required for effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in CRM software, ensuring seamless collaboration with Account Executives and Marketing teams.
  • Schedule product demos by identifying and qualifying potential customers, utilizing CRM platforms like Zoho or Hubspot to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Continuously refine messaging and outreach tactics based on performance data and feedback from clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment, requiring a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
