Key Role: Human Resources Business Partner
Description:
- As a strategic partner to business leaders, managers, and team members, you will have the opportunity to positively impact talent engagement, development, and retention.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to our leadership teams, providing guidance and coaching on HR policies, managing individual and team development and performance to achieve targeted business goals.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead and coach by using relationships and influence through others to achieve the desired outcome.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide effective guidance and coaching to leaders on HR policies, managing individual and team development and performance to achieve targeted business goals.
- Guide leaders in identifying and developing emerging talent through talent review discussions and individual development planning.
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support achieving the company's objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to develop a roadmap ensuring people, programs, and processes align with business direction and create career paths, growth, and positive impact for all parties.
- Participate in investigating and resolving ongoing employee relations problems, anticipating problems whenever possible, and developing appropriate steps for resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Mastery of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
