This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and interpersonal skills, with a focus on crafting and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies that drive business results.
- Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment plans, collaborating closely with senior leadership and consulting teams to identify, attract, and hire top talent.
- Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from brand enhancement and candidate sourcing through to seamless onboarding and integration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our Managing Directors and Senior Partners, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices and process optimization.
You will be responsible for analyzing target markets and developing tailored engagement strategies to meet their needs. With input from Platinion's leadership, you will operationalize the hiring process, ensuring a smooth experience for all candidates.
As a key member of our team, you will continuously assess and refine our recruitment approaches, challenging existing processes and innovating new practices to enhance effectiveness and reduce biases. You will lead initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and sharing best practices across the team.
