Healthcare Data Engineering Position

We are seeking highly skilled data engineers to join our team in a 6-month contract role, with high likelihood of extension.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the build out of data marts on top of Snowflake enterprise warehouse
  • Lift and shift existing data marts, build net new data marts, and further integrations
  • Design, test, deploy, and maintain data pipelines and establish a strong data reporting environment

This project involves modernizing on-prem SQL warehouses to Snowflake, and we require expertise in cloud integration for AWS.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the healthcare industry, particularly on the provider side. They should also be familiar with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Tableau.

As a data engineer in this role, you will work closely with the DevOps team to design and implement scalable data solutions. Your expertise will help us drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of data engineering experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Snowflake Datawarehouse
  • Strong Python scripting experience
  • Well-versed with data marts
  • Strong understanding of SQL including: SSIS, SSAS, & SSRS
  • Able to work MST hours

  • Experience working within the healthcare industry
  • Red Shift database experience
  • Tableau experience
  • Experience working in an AWS environment
