Job Opportunity

A strategic Accounts Payable professional is needed to manage operational and control routines within accounts payable. This role will lead the processing of invoices, card platforms, travel and maintenance expenses, and support internal reporting and compliance related to financial accuracy and KPI performance.

This position involves managing invoice processing and validation within defined timelines, overseeing reconciliation of prepaid and corporate card transactions, controlling and reporting travel, maintenance, and procurement-related expenses, maintaining documentation and supporting internal and external audit processes, monitoring CAC-related expenses and classification with internal teams, implementing improvements in AP processes and financial controls, operating systems such as NetSuite, Hope, Ramp, and QuickBooks, and ensuring financial accuracy in alignment with accounting and operational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Accounts Payable or financial operations is required. Familiarity with reconciliation processes, expense controls, and ERP systems is a must. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, fluency in English, and strong communication skills are highly valued.
